姜黄素通过不同信号途径抵抗机体肥胖的研究进展

摘要
肥胖及相关代谢综合征已成为世界性的健康危机。白色脂肪组织褐变、降低脂肪细胞内甘油三酯含量、减少脂肪细胞数目以及减弱脂肪组织的炎症和氧化应激是对抗肥胖及其相关并发症的有效策略。本文讨论了天然物质姜黄素通过调控不同信号通路实现减少机体脂肪组织的作用,包括抑制脂肪细胞分化和促进脂肪细胞凋亡、诱导白色脂肪细胞转化为棕色脂肪细胞;分析了姜黄素改善肥胖相关代谢综合征的效应,包含促进线粒体生物发生和调节线粒体自噬、抗炎、抗氧化、改善内质网应激和调控脂质分解的信号通路。此外,本文还探讨了姜黄素的生物利用度及其在临床应用中的挑战。本文对姜黄素抵抗机体肥胖的信号机制进行综述,以期为应用姜黄素治疗肥胖及相关代谢疾病提供新思路。

Research progress on the signaling pathways of curcumin in obesity treatment

Abstract
Obesity and related metabolic syndrome have become a worldwide health crisis. Browning of white adipose tissue, reducing triglyceride content in adipocytes, decreasing the number of adipocytes and reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in adipose tissue are effective strategies to attenuate obesity and its related complications. The present review discussed the role of the natural substance curcumin in reducing adipose tissue by regulating different signaling pathways, including inhibiting adipogenesis, promoting apoptosis, inducing brown adipocytes, and anti-inflammation. The effects of curcumin on improving obesity-related metabolic syndrome were analyzed, including promoting mitochondrial biogenesis and regulating mitochondrial autophagy, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, ameliorating endoplasmic reticulum stress and modulating lipolysis signaling pathways. In addition, the bioavailability of curcumin and its challenges in clinical applications were discussed. This paper also reviewed the molecular mechanisms of curcumin in reducing obesity, with a hope to provide new insights into the application of curcumin to treat obesity and related metabolic diseases.
