健康衰老专辑——序言

摘要

越来越多的人注意到，人类的自然衰老带给我们的困扰更多地来自于衰老相关疾病，而非年龄焦虑。比起简单地追求“延年”，“益寿”带给个体和社会的意义更大。因此，如何实现健康衰老，即让老龄人拥有更高的健康水平和生活质量，才是应对老龄化问题的核心。为了更好地贯彻健康衰老的理念，特别是加深广大科技工作者对健康衰老领域科技前沿的了解，《生理学报》组织和出版了健康衰老专辑，特邀了国内多领域专家，结合自己的工作，分享他们对健康衰老前沿问题的思考和最新成果。

Abstract

More and more people are realizing that the natural aging of humans brings us more troubles from age-related diseases rather than age anxiety. Compared to simply pursuing "longevity", "longevity" brings greater significance to individuals and society. Therefore, how to achieve healthy aging, that is, to enable the elderly to have a higher level of health and quality of life, is the core of addressing the issue of aging. In order to better implement the concept of healthy aging, especially to deepen the understanding of technology frontiers in the field of healthy aging among scientific and technological workers, Acta Physiologica Sinica has organized and published Special Issue on Healthy Aging, inviting experts from multiple fields in China to share their thoughts and latest achievements on the forefront of healthy aging based on their work.
