编者按:北京时间10月4日下午5点34分许,2021年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖揭晓。美国科学家David Julius、Ardem Patapoutian获奖,以表彰他们“发现温度和触觉的受体”。本刊特邀请我国相关研究领域的专家撰写此文,简述感知温度的受体——辣椒素受体TRPV1,特别介绍中国学者有关TRPV1和辣椒素作用的特色研究。

Abstract

Editor's note: The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was announced at about 5:34 PM Beijing time on October 4. American scientists David Julius and Ardem Patapoutian won the award for "discovering receptors to sense heat, cold and touch". We invites experts in relevant research fields in China to write this article, briefly describing the receptor —— capsaicin receptor TRPV1, for sensing temperature, specifically introducing the characteristic research of Chinese scholars on the effect of TRPV1 and capsaicin.
