就离心收缩机制存在的问题探讨肌丝滑行理论的修正

摘要

本文通过分析肌丝滑行理论双肌丝模型诠释离心收缩机制存在的问题,介绍并探讨用三肌丝模型(细肌丝、粗肌丝和肌联蛋白)修正或更新骨骼肌收缩的双肌丝滑行模型。


Discussion on revision of the sliding filament theory to resolve problems of eccentric contraction mechanism

Abstract

In this paper, the problems existing in the mechanism of eccentric contraction are explained by analyzing the theory of sliding filament models. The two-filament sarcomere model (thick and thin filament) modified or updated with the three-filament sarcomere model (the thin, the thick and the third filament, titin) in  sliding filament theory is introduced and discussed.
