编者按:继上期,本刊又邀请我国低氧研究领域的专家撰文,简述2019年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获得者发现细胞如何感知和适应氧浓度变化的研究,探讨低氧诱导因子(HIF)信号通路对相关生理及病理生理过程的认识和对疾病干预靶点的意义,以及HIF通路发现的成功转化——HIF-PHD抑制剂(PHD inhibitor, PHI)治疗肾性贫血。
