牵拉左心房和夹闭颈总动脉对猫下丘脑前部和后部单位放电的影响

摘要

牵拉左心房肺静脉入口处(AS), 对此有反应的猫下丘脑前部(AH)和后部(PH) 神经元分别为46.3%和23.3%, 均以抑制反应居多, 有少数单位仅在AS开始和停止 时出现短暂的兴奋反应。17.6%的神经元对AS和关闭一侧颈总动脉(CO)均有反应 , 其中被AS抑制而为CO兴奋的占73.3%结果表明: AS可对AH神经元活动起抑制作 用, 也可影响PH神经元活动; 动脉压力感受性和心房容量感受性刺激可会聚于 同一下丘脑神经元。图6参18
