臂旁核对心血管活动的调制及其与延髓头端腹外侧区的机能联系

摘要

乌拉坦浅麻、箭毒制动大鼠,人工呼吸维持下,谷氨酸钠微量注入或电刺激臂旁核具有明显的升高血压和加快心率作用,腹侧和背侧臂旁核(NPV和NPD)的效应相似。谷氨酸钠兴奋NPV和NPD分别使血压上升至注射前的125.1±3.8%和123.9±2.1%,心率加快至114.2±2.6%和109.4±0.8%,与相应生理盐水对照组相比较均P<0.01。所用电刺激引起的效应,其幅度与化学刺激引起者相近。酚妥拉明注入双侧延髓头端腹外侧区(RVL)能阻断谷氨酸钠兴奋NPV,NPD对心血管的效应,但不能阻断电刺激的效应,这表明臂旁核神经元的升压和加快心率作用是通过RVL及其内的α-肾上腺素受体实现的。

Role of nucleus parabrachialis in cardiovascular control and functional connections between parabrachial nucleus and rostral ventrolateral medulia in the rat

Abstract

In Urethane-anesthetized, tubocurarine-immobilized and artificially ventilated
rats, electrical stimulation of, or microinjection of glutamate (Glut) into,the nucleus parabrachialis produced marked rises in blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR).The levels of BP after Glut-excitation of ventral parabrachial', nucleus (NPV) and dorsal parabrachial nucleus (NPD) were 125.1±3.8 % and 123.9±12.1% of the control respectively, while the corresponding values of HR were 114.2±2.6% and 109.4土0.8%. The differences between these values and their respective controls were highly significant (P<0.01). Phentolamine-injection into the bilateral rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL, the key area of BP control) blocked the cardiovascular effect of Glut-excitation of NPV or NPD, but not that of electrical stimulation of the same nuclei. These results indicate that the pressor and tachycardia effects of the stimulation of the NPB neurons by Glut are mediated by a-receptors in RVL, while the pressor effect of fiber-of-passage (in NPB) excitedy electrostimulation may be mediated by other type of receptors in RVL or even by other brain area.
