在大鼠牵拉心房和急性扩张血容量所致的肾效应

摘要

在28只麻醉大鼠,观察了牵拉心房和急性扩容时的肾效应。用5—7g的砝码牵拉大鼠右心房30min(n=6)时,尿量、尿钠和尿钾分别增加98％、127％和59％;牵拉左心房(n=4)所致的肾效应与牵拉右心房的基本相同。切断双侧迷走神经后,牵拉右心房的肾效应无明显改变。在切断迷走神经的大鼠,观察了双线结扎右心耳对急性扩容后肾效应的影响。急性扩容在假手术大鼠引起明显的利尿、钠尿和钾尿效应(P<0.01);而结扎右心耳的大鼠,钠尿效应约为假手术大鼠的一半,但尿量和尿钾排泄量与假手术组无明显异差。

Renal Responses to atrial stretch and acute volume expansion in the rat

Abstract

Effects of atrial stretch and acute volume expansion on the urine flow, urinary
sodium and potassium were studied in 28 anesthetized rats. When the right atrium
was stretched with a weight of 5-7 g for 30 min, the urine flow, urinary sodium and potassium excretion were increased respectively by 98%, 12.7% and 59% in the intact rats (n=6). These renal responses were not affected by vagotomy. Similar renal responses could be produced by stretching the left atrium of the intact rats (n=4). Effect of ligation of the right appendage on the renal response to acute volume expansion was examined in vagotomized rats. In the sham-operated rats (n=6), acute volume expansion induced a significant diw-esis, natriuresis and kaliuresis. In the rats with ligation of the right appendage, the natriuretic response was decreased to only one-half of that in the sham-operated rats, while the diuretic and kaliuretic effects showed no significant changes. The renal responses to atrial stretch and acute volume expansion could not be attributed to the reflex of volume receptors since they were not affected by bilateral vagotomy. Thus the abovementioned results suggest that atrial stretch and acute volume expansion may induce release of endogenous atrial natriuretic factor from the atrium, which is reduced by ligation of the right appendage.
