猫唾液反射传出放电的分析

摘要

给猫舌以味觉刺激或电刺激舌神经,均可引起颌下腺神经干低振幅的反射性复合传出放电。在颌下腺神经剥制神经细束,共观察了60个单位的电活动。各单位的反射放电潜伏期变异很大,短的只有7.5ms,长的可达104ms。测定47个单位传出纤维的传导速度,有38个单位小于3m/s,属于 C 类纤维,另外9个单位为9—12m/s,属于 B 类植物神经节前纤维。反射性单位放电有单个放电和串放电两种型式,有的能跟随200—250Hz,有的只能跟随低于14Hz 的刺激频率。有时尚能观察到长时间重复给予单个脉冲刺激引起的募集反应。以上结果指示在不同传出纤维的反射放电,有些可能是少突触甚至是单突触的,有些则为多突触并通过复杂的神经环路。

Analysis of efferent discharges of linguosaliyatory reflex in cats

Abstract

Efferent discharges in the nerve trunk or fine strands of a branch of chorda tympani innervating submandibular gland were reflexly elicited by gustatory stimulation of the tongue or electric stimulation of the lingual nerve. An early component of the reflex compound action potentials in the nerve trunk could be distinguished from a late one. The latencies of the reflex discharges in 60 units varied between 7.5 to 104 ms. The conduction velocities of 38 efferent fibers were measured to be 1-3 m/s which were in the category of C fibers, and those of the remaining 9 fibers were 3-12 m/s belonging to B fibers. In different units, the reflex discharges might be either a single or a train of spikes. Some of the unit discharges could follow stimulation of lingual nerve at a frequency as high as 200-250 Hz, but others could only follow a frequency of stimulation less than 14 Hz. Occasionally, recruiting response could be demonstrated during prolonged repetitive stimulation. The results indicate that the linguo-salivatory reflex discharges recorded from different efferent fibers are mediated by different neuronal pathways: some are oligo- or even monosynaptic, while others are polysynaptic, involving more complicated neuronal circuits.
