蛙离体单根有髓鞘神经纤维静息电位与动作电位细胞内记录方法

摘要

该文介绍一种记录蛙离体单根有髓鞘神经纤维的静息和动作电位的细胞内记录方法,包括神经干标本的制作和固定、微电极和刺激电极的制备、简易防震和静息与动作电位的记录.该方法记录的静息电位和动作电位幅值,在30min 内可保持相对稳定。

Abstract

A method of intracellular recording of resting potential and action potential
from the frog single mychnated nerve fiber was described, which consists of the manufacture of microelectrode, the preparation of speciman, the method of nerve stimulation and the device for reducing vibration. The amplitude of the resting and action potential could be relatively stable over a period of 30 min utes.
