损毁和刺激下丘脑弓状核区对大鼠脑和脊髓内亮-脑啡肽、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素含量的影响

摘要

本工作分别采用新生期大鼠注射谷氨酸-钠(MSG)损毁弓状核区及电刺激弓状核(ARC)区的方法,观察对脑和脊髓内亮-脑啡肽(LEK)、多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。MSG 大鼠脑和脊髓内 LEK、NE 含量较对照组无明显变化,但端脑内 DA 含量显著升高。刺激 ARC 区后脊髓内 NE 含量明显上升。上述结果提示:弓状核区对端脑 DA 能系统可能具有某种紧张性抑制作用,而刺激弓状核产生的镇痛效应可能和下行 NE 能系统有一定关系。

Effects of lesion and stimulation of hypothalamic arculte nucleus region on leu-enkephalin, dopamine and norepinephrine contents in rat brain and spinal cord

Abstract

In rats treated neonatally with monosodium glutamate (MSG) the leu-enkephalin (LEK) and norepinephrine (NE) contents in the brain and spinal cord did not
change obviously, but the dopamine (DA) content of the telencephalon increased
significantly, as compared with the control. After hypothalamic arcuate nucleus
(ARC) stimulation NE content in the spinal cord was significantly higher than that of the control. The results suggest that the ARC may have a catatonic inhibition.on dopaminergic system of the telencephalon, and the descending norepinephrinergic system may play an important role in the ARC stimulationnduced analgesia.
