刺激频率、钙离子浓度和温度对牛蛙心房肌张力与缩短速度的关系

摘要

该文采用后负荷法,在低温(4.5±20℃)条件下对离体牛蛙心房肌张力与速度的关系进行了研究,从14条牛蛙心房肌标本获得了64条张力速度曲线,结果均不符合双曲线。此外,在12例牛蛙心房肌标本中,观察了刺激频率(6-24次/min)钙离子浓度(1.8-9mmol/L)和温度(2.5-18℃)对张力速度曲线的影响,结果表明,虽然曲线发生变化,但仍不符合 Hill 公式。如果将该实验结果仔细与双曲线进行比较,可见随着后负荷增加,曲线逐渐向上方移动,这种变化可能与心肌的活动状态有关,该文讨论了张力速度曲线与活化能态的关系。

Effects of stimulation frequency, calcium concentration and temperature on the force-velocity relations of bullfrog atrial muscle

Abstract

Force-velocity relations are studied in isolated atrial muscle of the bullfrog at low temperature (4.5±2℃)using an afterload method. 62 force-velocity curves
were obtained in 14 atrial muscles. It was found that none of the force-velocity
curves was hyperbolic. Effects of stimulation frequency (6-24/min), calcium
concentration (1.8-9 mmol/L) and temperature (2.5-1810)on the force-velocity
curve were also observed in 12 atrial muscle preparations. The results showed
that all the curves could not fit Hill's equation, although some changes did occur.If the curves were carefully Compared with hyperbolic curve it can be seen that the curve shifted upwards with the increment of afterload. This change might be related to the status of cardiac activity. In the present paper, relations between the force-velocity curve and the active state were discussed.
