帕金森病大鼠中缝背核5-羟色胺能神经元放电频率和放电形式的变化

摘要

实验采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录法,观察了帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)大鼠中缝背核(dorsal raphe nucleus,DRN)5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytrypamine,5-HT)能神经元电活动的变化.结果发现,对照组和PD组大鼠DRN中5-HT能神经元的放电频率分别为(1.61±0.56)Hz和(2.61±1.97)Hz,PD组大鼠的放电频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。

Changes of discharge rate and pattern of 5-hydroxytrypamine neurons of dorsal raphe nucleus in a rat model of Parkinson's disease

Abstract

In the present study, changes of the neuronal activity of 5-hydroxytrypamine (5-HT) neurons of dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN) in a rat model of Parkinson's disease (PD) were investigated with glass microelectrode recording. The results showed that the discharge rates of 5-HT neurons in control and PD rats were (1.61±0.56) Hz and (2.61±1.97) Hz, respectively.
