血管紧张素--(1--7)的舒血管效应

摘要
实验采用兔外周动脉离体标本,在预收缩血管后,用血管紧张素[angiotensin--(1--7),Ang--(1--7)]舒张血管,比较Ang--(1--7)对外周各血管床的舒张效应并分析其产生机制。结果显示:(1)Ang--(1--7)可剂量依赖性舒张血管,但舒张作用有所不同;(2)Ang--(1--7)的舒张作用在很大程度上依赖于内皮的NO系统;(3)Ang--(1--7)的舒张血管效应不通过AT_(1)和AT_(2)受体。上述结果提示:Ang--(1--7)可能作用于内皮上的非AT_(1)和AT_(2)受体,通过调节NO释放而起舒血管作用。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the vasodilating effects of angiotensin-(1-7) [Ang-(1-7)] on the different vessels and to clarify its mechanisms by using relaxing responses of preconstricted vascular rings. The results showed: (1) Ang-(1-7) dosedependently induced vasorelaxation in all the vessels studied. However, there is apparent heterogeneity in the responsiveness of vessels from different origin. (2) The Ang-(1-7)-induced vasorelaxation was endothelium dependent and largely mediated by NO system. (3) The vasodilator action of Ang-(1-7) was not mediated by AT_(1) or AT_(2) receptor subtypes. It is suggested that the Ang-(1-7)-induced vasorelaxation is endothelium dependent by some other unclarified angiotensin receptor subtypes and is largely mediated by NO system.
