草酰乙酸和苹果酸对菠菜叶片和完整叶绿体光合作用的影响

摘要

观测了OAA和MA对菠菜叶片和完整叶绿体光合作用的影响。结果显示,当叶片切块在20#mu#mol/L的OAA存在时,其叶片的光合放氧速率增加了89%,经OAA处理的离体完整叶绿体的光合放氧速率增加了72%;当反应体系中存在有较高浓度的NaHCO_(3)时,OAA的作用不明显。叶片经20#mu#mol/L的MA处理后,叶片光合放氧速率比对照高127%。用CO_(2)分析仪观测了处理后叶片的净光合速率(Pn),结果显示,OAA和MA处理后的叶片Pn值分别是对照的117%和111%。对在C_(3)植物中建立C_(4)微循环系统来提高光合作用效率的可能性进行了讨论。

Effects of oxaloacetate and malate on photosynthesis in leaves and in intact chloroplasts from spinach

Abstract

Effects of oxaloacetate (OAA) and malate (MA) on photosynthesis in leaves and intact chloroplasts from spinach were measured: first, the rate of photosynthetic oxygen evolution in leaves increased by 72% after 20#mu#mol/L OAA treatment, and that in intact chloroplasts increased by 78%, but no obvious effect of OAA was observed when NaHCO_(3) 0.5 mmol/L was present in the assay mixture. When leaves and intact chloroplasts were treated by MA at a concentration of 20 #mu#mol/L, the rate of photosynthetic oxygen evolution increased by 127% and 18% respectively. Moreover, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of leaves were measured after OAA and MA treatment at the concentration of 200#mu#mol/L, the Pn value were increased by 17% and 11% respectively. Finally, it was discussed the possibility to improve the photosynthetic efficiency by building up a micro-cyclic system of C_(4) dicarboxylic acid in C_(3) plants.
