摘要

肾素依赖性高血压能引起大鼠主动脉G#alpha#q/11介导的细胞信号转导系统激活,并参与高血压的发生和发展。

Abstract

The results indicate that G#alpha#q/11-mediated signal transduction pathway of the aorta is activated in 2K1C hypertension, and may contribute to the initiation and maintenance of renal hypertension.
