转C_(4)光合酶基因水稻株系的抗光氧化特性

摘要

以转入磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)、丙酮酸磷酸二激酶(PPDK)、NADP-苹果酸酶(NADP-ME)、PEPC+PPDK等酶的基因的水稻株系及原种为材料研究了转基因水稻的叶绿素荧光参数和膜脂过氧化等指标,以阐明其耐光氧化特性及其生理基础,为应用生物技术创造耐光抑制/光氧化种质提供实验依据,同时为应用生物技术进行水稻遗传改良提供生理基础。

Abstract

The malondialdehyde (MDA, a product of membrane-lipid peroxidation) content was less than that in untransformed rice, and the chlorophyll and protein contents in transgenic rice plants (especially in transgenic rice plants with maize PEPC and PPDK+PEPC genes) decreased less than those of untransformed rice, which showed that there was a stronger tolerance in transgenic rice plants to photooxidation. This work provided the experimental evidence that new varieties with photooxidation-tolerant germplasm can be created by introducing the desired germplam using biotechnology.
