Balb/c小鼠左右两侧大脑皮层IL-1#beta#、IL-6含量的不对称性

摘要
正常小鼠大脑皮层IL-1#beta#、IL-6含量均为右侧显著高于左侧;LPS刺激后,左侧大脑皮层IL-6含量明显升高,右侧大脑皮层IL-6含量显著高于左侧大脑皮层,而左右侧大脑皮层IL-1#beta#含量无明显差异。该实验结果表明,Balb/c小鼠在正常生理状态下两侧大脑皮层IL-1#beta#、IL-6含量存在不对称性,左右侧大脑皮层免疫调控异质性可能与细胞因子的不对称性有关。

Selective distribution of IL-1#beta# and IL-6 contents in the right and left cortices of Balb/c mice

Abstract
No statistically significant difference of IL-1#beta# contents was found between the two cerebral cortices, while the IL-6 content of the right cortex was higher than that of the left (P<0.01), suggesting that some cytokines are probably involved in the differences between the right and left cerebral immunomodulatory functions in mice.
