耐盐性不同的小麦根和根茎结合部的拒Na~(+)作用

摘要

NaCl处理引起小麦幼苗干重下降,盐敏感品种比耐盐品种下降幅度要大。盐敏感品种的拒Na~(+)能力为35%左右,耐盐品种的拒Na~(+)能力为50%-60%左右,这表明耐盐品种的拒Na~(+)能力远远大于盐敏感品种。不同耐盐性小麦的拒Na~(+)部位不同,盐敏感品种的拒Na~(+)部位主要在根茎结合部,而耐盐品种的拒Na~(+)部位主要在根部。

Na~(+) exclusion by roots and root-stem junctions of wheat cultivars with different salt tolerance

Abstract

NaCl treatment caused a decrease in dry weight of wheat seedlings, and the degree of decrease was higher in salt-sensitive cultivars than in salt-tolerant ones. The Na~(+)-exclusion capability of salt-sensitive cultivars was about 35%, and that of salt-tolerant cultivars was 50%-60%. This suggests that the Na~(+)-exclusion capability of salt-tolerant cultivars is stronger than salt-sensitive ones. It also indicates that the Na~(+)-exclusion localization of wheat with different salt-tolerance was different: In salt-sensitive cultivars. Na~(+)-exclusion occurred mainly in the root-stem junction, but salt-tolerant cultivars occurred mainly in the root.
