降钙素基因相关肽在豚鼠冠脉血流量和心脏传导系统作用的比较

摘要

观察应用CGRP前后的冠脉流量、自主心率、在相同心房周期下的房室结(AH)及希浦系传导时间(HV)、心脏出现3:2文氏传导及2:1房室传导阻滞所需的最长起搏周期(PCL3:2,PCL2:1)。CGRP(3-30nmol/L)可显著增加冠脉流量;CGRP(30nmol/L)仅使自主心率轻度增加;CGRP(3-30nmol/L)对AH和HV未产生明显影响,也不影响PCL3:2和PCL2:1。

Abstract

The coronary flow (CF) was measured and the right atrium was paced at incremental frequencies periodically. Perfusing heart with CGRP at the concentrations of 3-30 nmol/L inicreased CF strikingly and dose-dependently. CGRP (30 nmol/L) caused a moderate and significant increase in the spontaneous heart rate, but failed to influence the atrioventricular nodal and His bundle-Purkinje fiber conduction time and the longest atrial pacing cycle length inducing 3:2 Wenckebach and 2:1 AV nodal conduction.
