重组人白细胞介素-1#beta#对小鼠骨髓基质细胞K~(+)通道的影响

摘要

用细胞贴附式和内面向外式的膜片箝单通道记录方式研究了小鼠骨髓基质细胞K~(+)通道的动力学特性以及重组人白细胞介素-1#beta#(IL-1#beta#)对通道的影响,发现了骨髓基质细胞膜上存在一类性质类似于延迟整流的K~(+)通道的电压依赖性K~(+)通道,单通道电导为16.7±1.4pS,通道的动力学特性具显著的电压依赖性。

Effect of recombinant human interleukin-1#beta# on K~(+) channels of mice bone marrow stromal cells

Abstract

In the present study, both cell-attached and inside-out mode of patch clamp technique were applied to detect the effect of recombinant human interleukin-1#beta# (IL-1#beta#) on K~(+) channels of mice bone marrow stromal cells. A 16.7 pS voltage-dependent K~(+) channel resembling the delayed rectifier K~(+) channel in excitable cells was identified and characterized.
