蝎毒诱导红藻氨酸癫痫大鼠海马内GABA释放的免疫组化观察

摘要

蝎毒能选择性防止癫痫敏感大鼠腹侧海马GABA能中间神经元的损伤,并使GABA的释放量增加。提示此效应很可能是蝎毒抗癫痫反复发作的重要机制之一。

Effect of scorpion venom on the release of GABA in hippocampus of epileptic rats induced by kainic acid

Abstract

The result suggest that SV may selectively prevent loss of GABAergic interneurons in the ventral hippocampus of rats susceptible to epileptic seizures and increase the release of GABA as an antiepileptic mechanism.
