迷走背核微量注射P物质抑制大鼠胃肌电活动和胃运动

摘要

迷走背核外源性和内源性SP均抑制胃肌电和胃运动,且通过其受体起作用;迷走背核SP的抑胃效应系通过迷走神经传出。

Abstract

Both exogenous and endogenous SP of dorsal vagal nucleus decrease the gastric myoelectric fast wave and motility, which is mediated by vagus nerve.
