水稻转座子Tourist-Os6从sbe1基因启动区切离的证明

摘要

籼稻IR36品种的sbe1基因被克隆。经测序后与已报告的sbe1基因顺序相比,IR36水稻品种sbe1基因5^上游区顺序中除了有分散的32个碱基差异外,值得注意 的是缺少一段335bp长的Tourist-Os6序列,并在缺失的位置上留下转座子切离后的特征性足印顺序。

The evidence for the excision of Tourist-Os6 from the promoter region of the rice sbe1 gene

Abstract

It was cloned from an indica rice cultivar IR36. The nucleotide sequence of this sbe1 gene showed significant homology to the sequence of the sbe1 gene reported of Kawasaki, except the absence of a 335 bp sequence of Tourist-Os6 in the 5^flanking region of sbe1 gene from indica rice cultivar IR36. Moreover, a foot print remained at the site where it was inserted.
