电针对大鼠脑内雌激素受体蛋白及其mRNA表达的影响

摘要

切除卵巢可导致血雌二醇(E_(2))水平降低,动物脑内ER蛋白和mRNA的表达增强;电针实验穴位后,去卵巢大鼠血的E_(2)含量明显增加,脑内ER蛋白和mRNA表达受到明显抑制。正常大鼠电针处理后,血E_(2)水平和脑内ER表达均未见明显改变。

Effects of electroacupuncture on the expression of estrogen receptor protein and mRNA in rat brain

Abstract

Ovariectomy induced a decrease of blood E_(2) level and increase of the expression of estrogen receptor protein and mRNA in the brain. All these effects could be remarkably reversed by previous EA treatment of ovariectomized rats. EA in intact rat, however, had no effects on blood E_(2) and expression of estrogen receptor.
