成年大鼠视皮层(17区)神经元间的染色耦合--离体脑片研究

摘要

在离体脑片,用生物胞素(biocytin)对成年大鼠视皮层神经元进行胞内注射。在标记成功的49例中,21例(42.9%)有染色耦合现象,耦合细胞的个数从2个到5个不等,平均2.8±1.1个。比较了染色耦合与非耦合神经元的某些电生理特性,没有观察到在它们之间有明显的差别。

Dye coupling between visual cortical (area 17) neurones of adult rat--A study on brain slices

Abstract

With intracellular injection of biocytin, forty-nine neurones were successfully labeled in vitro visual cortex (area 17) slices of the adult rat. Out of the sample dye coupling was found in 21 cases, for each injection the number of the coupled cells varying from 2 to 5 (mean 2.8±1.1). We have measured membrane potential and response properties to white matter and intracellular stimulation for the coupled and non-coupled cells; no significant difference was found between them.
