未成熟油菜种子的子叶和花瓣细胞中BL的分布

摘要

以未成熟油菜种子的子叶和花瓣为材料,采用葡萄球菌A蛋白与胶体金连接的复合物为探针的免疫定位技术,研究和比较了两种不同组织细胞内BL的分布。

BL localization in cotyledon of immature seed and petal cells of Brassica campestris

Abstract

BL localization in cotyledon of immature seed and petal cells of Brassica campestris L. were studied using immunogold electron microscopy. The results showed that, in cells of cotyledon of immature seed, much more gold particles were localized in nuclei and cytoplasm, but no gold particles were found in vacuoles and cell walls. In petal cells gold particles were found mainly in nuclei, and only few in the cytoplasm.
