玉米离体活性精细胞质膜的凝集素荧光标记

摘要

荧光显微镜观察发现,10%-35%的精细胞可由FITC-Con A、FITC-WAG、FICT-RCA I所标记。在相应的单糖抑制实验中,未观察到被标记的精细胞。亦未观察到被FITC-SBA、FITC-PHA-L和FITC-UEA I所标记的精细胞。结果表明,玉米精细胞质膜分布有甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖及乙酰氨基葡萄糖等残基。
