高浓度CO_(2)诱导的小麦叶片毫秒延迟发光的振荡

摘要
当空气中CO_(2)浓度增至较高水平(5%)时, 小麦叶片毫秒延迟发光(ms-DLE)显示出强烈的振荡。若再通入正常空气,DLE仍恢复到原有水平。当将空气中的CO_(2)含量从无增加至空气水平时, DLE下降但不伴随明显振荡, 而继续增高CO_(2)浓度会诱导振荡出现, 该振荡随CO_(2)浓度增高而加强。解联剂尼日利亚菌素可以消除CO_(2)诱导的DLE振荡。

Abstract
When CO_(2) content was increased from the ordinary air levels to a higher level( 5%), the millisecond delayed light emission (ms-DLE) of wheat leaves displayed strong oscillations, and was restored to original level by returning leaves to ordinary air . Increasing CO_(2) concentration in CO_(2)-free air to the level in the air caused a fall in DLE without oscillations, while oscillations could be induced by increasing CO_(2) concentration again and with its magnitude increasing with the concentration of CO_(2) ( Fig. 3). The DLE oscillations induced by high concentration of CO_(2) could be inhibited by nigericin.
