延缓go/no-go任务操作中猴尾核兴奋性氨基酸水平变化的微透析研究

摘要
猴尾核透析液中的Glu和Asp水平较延缓go/no-go任务操作前基础水平分别降低(31.68±3.85)%(n=10)和(26.25±5.95)%(n=10),具有极显著的统计意义。同时,透析液中的Gln和Asn水平也显著降低(P<0.05)。相反,在没有延缓期的go/no-go任务和单纯的延缓go任务操作过程中,尾核透析液中Glu、Asp、Gln和Asn的水平均无显著性变化。
