水分胁迫下蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)气孔关闭与叶片细胞中ABA区隔化与再分配的关系

摘要

水分胁迫初期蚕豆叶肉细胞中ABA的量与对照组比无明显变化, 但水分胁迫可导致表皮细胞质外体ABA含量明显增加; 保卫细胞在水分胁迫前即含有大量ABA; ABA主要分布在叶绿体和细胞核, 细胞的腹壁及相邻外壁和内壁也有大量ABA存在, 但背壁ABA的量很少; 气孔完全开放时背壁ABA的量更少。

Stress-induced stomatal closure in relation to compartmentation and redistribution of ABA in intact leaves of Vicia faba L.

Abstract

With immunogold electron microscopy stress-induced redistribution of ABA in leaves has been studied. Water stress could lead to an evidient increase in ABA content in the apoplast of the epidermis, while ABA content in mesophyll cells remained constant at the earlier stage of water stress compared to that of controls (Plate I.1-4; Plante II. 5,6). Guard cells contained large amount of ABA even before water stress, which was mainly located in chloroplasts and nuclei, and the ventral wall and the near outer wall, and inner wall slso contained huge amount of ABA, but there was little ABA in dorsal wall (Plate I. 5-7; Plante II. 1-2).
