#alpha#受体激动对绵羊心肌瞬时性内向离子流的影响

摘要

用乙酰毒毛旋花子甙元(AS)0.05#mu#mol/L诱发绵羊心浦肯野纤维产生稳定的瞬时性内向离 子流(Iti), 用普萘洛尔0.5#mu#mol/L阻断#beta#受体, 观察#alpha#受体激动剂苯肾上腺素(PE)0.3, 1.0#mu#mol/L对Iti幅值与时程的影响。结果表明, #alpha#受体激动可使Iti的时程延长, 幅值减少, 呈时间依赖性与剂量依赖性。图4表2参11
