田间棉花叶片光合效率中午降低的原因

摘要

田间棉花叶片在受到中午强光或模拟的中午强光照射约3h以后, 光合效率和光系统Ⅱ的光化合效率(Fv/Fm)下降, 光呼吸速率增加, 并且普通空气条件下测定的光合效率的降低幅度总 是大于Fv/Fm的降低幅度。然而, 若抑制叶片的光呼吸, 强光引起的叶片光合效率的降低幅 度与Fv/Fm的基本一致。由此说明, 光合作用的光抑制和光呼吸的增强是棉花叶片光合效率 中午降低的两个基本原因。图2表4参17

The causes of widday decline of photosynthetic efficiency in cotton leaves under field coditions

Abstract

The relationship between changes in photosynthetic efficiency and photoinhibition as well as photorespiration in cotton leaves under field coditions was studied by measuring photosynthetic efficiency of CO_(2) fixation and O_(2) evolution, photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (F_(v)/F_(m))and photorespiratory rate with a portable ADC photosynthetic gas analysis system, a portable fluorometer (CF-1000) and a leaf disc O_(2)-electrode. After exposure to midday strong light on clear days or strong artificial light for about 3 h, photosynthetic efficiency and F_(v)/F_(m) of cotton leaves declined, while photorespiratory rate increased. Also, under ambient air conditions the extents of decreases were always bigger for photosynthetic efficiency of CO_(2) fixation than for F_(v)/F_(m). However, when photorespiration was inhibited under saturating CO_(2), photosynthetic efficiency and F_(v)/F_(m) decreased by a similar percentage, as compared with control values before exposure to strong light.
