钙调素对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的效应

摘要
牛脑和玉米胚CaM能显著促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长, 而CaM抑制剂TEP、CPZ及另外两个专一性更强的抑制剂Compound 48/80和W_(7)均严重抑制甚至阻止花粉的萌发。用对CaM亲和性较低的W_(7)同系物W_(5), 在与W_(7)同样浓度下, 对花粉萌发和花粉管生 长无明显影响。此外, W_(7)对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的抑制效应可被外源CaM所消除。在花粉萌发过程中, 其内源CaM含量显著上升, 在花粉萌发率接近最大值时, 花粉CaM含量达最高水平。图5参20
Involvement of calmodulin in pollen germination and pollen tube growth

Abstract
Calmodulin from both bovine brain and maize germs significantly promoted pollen germination and tube growth of Pinus yunnanensis and Nicotiana tabacum; CaM antagonists TFP and CPZ, and two other more specific drugs, W_(7) and compound 48/80, inhibited or stopped pollen germination and tube growth; while W_(5), a less active analogue of W_(7), had little effect. The inhibitory effects of W_(7)could be abolished partially or totally by exogenous CaM. In addition, the CaM content in pine pollen increased significantly during pollen germination and reached a maximum when the percentage of germinated pollen was near its maximum.
