ATP对单个肺动脉内皮细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的影响

摘要

应用Fura-2/AM和双波长显微荧光分光光度计测定原代培养的单个猪肺动脉内皮细胞胞浆游离钙浓度([Ca~(2+)]i)为107±14nmol/L(n=10); 三磷酸腺苷使[Ca~(2+)]i呈 双相增加: 初相峰型, 其后的第二相为平台期。峰相系内钙释放引起, 平台期源于外钙内流图2参7

Effect of ATP on cytosolic free calcium in single porcine pulmonary artery endothelial cell in primary culture

Abstract

Using a dual-wavelength excitation fluorescence spectrophotometer, it was found that ATP evoked a rapid rise in [Ca~(2+)]i followed by a slightly maintained increase, Removal of extracellar Ca~(2+)abolished the maintained increase without obvious effect on the initial transient. These results suggest that ATP stimulates both calcium release from intracellular calcium pool(s) and calcium influx across the plasma membrane.
