应激抑制淋巴细胞转化的时间效应

摘要

结果说明,大鼠束缚应激12h以上,其淋巴结、脾脏和血清同步出现对淋巴细胞转化的抑制作用;这种抑制作用即使在束缚解除后仍能存在较长时间;血清的抑制作用时间短于淋巴结和脾脏的抑制作用时间。

Time effect of restraint stress-induced suppression of lymphocyte transformation

Abstract

These results suggest that the restraint of rats may cause lymphoid tissues to produce some immune suppressive protein of stress, which is released into blood leading to generalilzed suppression of cellular immunity.
