血管活性肠肽、表皮生长因子上调支气管上皮细胞bcl-2基因表达

摘要

用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)及Southern blot杂交等方法检测原代培养的兔支气管上皮细胞(BEC)内bcl-2和c-myc基因的表达情况,观察VIP、EGF及热应激对这两个基因表达的影响。结果提示,VIP和EGF等肺内调节肽可通过上调bcl-2基因表达增强支气管上皮细胞的抗氧化能力;c-myc基因的编码产物可能是bcl-2基因转录的上游调节因子。

Vasoactive intestinal peptide and epidermal growth factor upregulates bcl-2 gene expression in bronchial epithelial cells

Abstract

Expression of protooncogenes bcl-2 and c-myc in cultured rabbit bronchial epithelial cell (BEC) was investigated in order to shed some light on genetic mechanisms underlying the protective antioxidant effect of pulmonary regulatory peptides, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and epidermal growth factor (EGF). Effects of these peptides and heat stress (HS) on expression of these genes were also studied.
