大鼠侧脑室注射高渗盐水引起血压上升过程中心房钠尿肽和血管升压素的变 化

摘要

在大鼠侧脑室内给予高渗人工脑脊液, 记录颈动脉压和心率变化, 给药10min后, 用放射免 疫法测定血浆、下丘脑和垂体中的心房钠尿肽和升压素。结果表明: 中枢给予高渗人工脑脊液后, 血浆中升压素水平明显增加, 心房钠尿肽没有明显改变, 下丘脑和垂体中的心房钠尿肽含量增加, 而升压素含量下降。表2参10
