菜豆叶片衰老期间叶绿体被膜膜脂与脂肪酸组分的变化

摘要

菜豆叶片叶绿体总脂和被膜膜脂中均含有单半乳糖甘油二脂和双半乳糖油二 脂, 在整个衰老期间两种糖脂的比值变化不大。叶绿体总脂中含有5种磷脂, 脂 肪酸以不饱和的亚麻酸为主, 被膜膜脂中仅含磷脂酰胆碱和磷脂酰甘油, 脂肪 酸以饱和的棕榈酸为主, 不饱和亚油酸为次。叶片衰老过程中被膜所含两种磷脂 比值明显降低, 脂肪酸的不饱和指数也因亚麻酸相对含量显著减少、棕榈酸相 对含量增加而降低。图2表3参16

Changes of phospholipid and fatty acid composition in chloroplast envelope membrane during bean leaf senescence

Abstract

The lipids of chloroplast envelope membrane from primary leaves of Phaseolus vulgaris are composed of phosphatidyl choline(PC), diphosphatidyl glycerol(PG), monogalactodiglyceride(MGDG) and digalactodiglyceride (DGDG). MGDG/DGDG ratio had no marked changes during leaf senescence. The period of the change of phospholipids in chloroplast envelope membrane from the senescing leaves coincided with the priod of decrease of chloroplast electrophoretic mobility rate. The main composition of fattyacids in chloroplast envelope membrane from primary leaves of P. vulgaris were palmitic and linoleic acids. The period of decrease of index of fatty acids in chloroplast envelope membrane also occurred 22~29 days after the emergence of primary leaves. These changes of phospholipid and fatty acid composition occurs concomittantly with the increase of the phase transition temperature in chloroplast envelope membrane and with the loss of chlorophyll in leaf tissues, but lagged behind the initiation of the decline of total protein in leaves.
