摘要
生物钟是机体为适应环境周期性变化而进化出的一种内在机制。其中,周期约为24 h 的节律研究得最为广泛和深入,与人类健康的关系也最密切。生物钟存在于机体绝大多数组织脏器,其精准调控对于维持生理稳态至关重要,大量证据表明长期生物钟紊乱与代谢性疾病、心血管疾病、神经退行性变、肿瘤,乃至衰老密切相关。近年来,随着生物钟分子机制的深入解析及其与多种疾病关联研究的不断推进,时间生物学(chronobiology)已成为生理学与医学研究的前沿领域。本期《生理学报》特策划“生物钟、生理稳态与疾病”专辑,邀请国内多位专家学者撰文,以9篇综述与2篇研究论文系统展现该领域的最新进展。

Abstract
The circadian rhythm is an internal mechanism evolved by the body to adapt to periodic changes in the environment. Among them, the rhythm with a cycle of about 24 hours has been extensively and deeply studied, and its relationship with human health is also the closest. The circadian rhythm exists in the vast majority of tissues and organs in the body, and its precise regulation is crucial for maintaining physiological homeostasis. A large amount of evidence shows that long-term disruption of the circadian rhythm is closely related to metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative changes, tumors, and even aging. In recent years, with the in-depth analysis of the molecular mechanisms of the circadian rhythm and the continuous advancement of its association with various diseases, chronobiology has become a cutting-edge field in physiology and medicine research. In this issue of the Journal of Physiology, Special Issue on Circadian Rhythms in Physiology and Diseases has been planned, inviting multiple domestic experts and scholars to write articles to systematically present the latest developments in this field through 9 reviews and 2 original articles.
