肝再生刺激因子对小鼠实验性急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要

肝再生刺激因子(HSS)可使CCl4致肝损伤小鼠的血清GPT和GOT升高幅度降低, 并呈量效关系; HSS可使CCl4损伤肝组织的程度减轻; HSS可使CCl4损害肝细胞 线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性 恢复; 胰岛素-胰高糖素可降低半乳糖胺所致的小 鼠死亡率, 减弱对肝组织的损害和刺激肝 细胞增殖。图6表5参21
