阿片受体样受体ORL_(1)基因在大鼠脑内的表达

摘要

作者采用地高辛(digoxigenin)标记的寡聚核苷酸探针和原位杂交技术研究了新发现的阿片受体样受体ORL_(1)基因在正常大鼠脑内的表达和分布。发现ORL_(1)基因在大鼠脑内广泛表达,尤其在大脑皮层、丘脑、下丘脑、杏仁核、海马、隔核、缰核、导水管周围灰质、中缝核群及蓝斑等区域。提示ORL_(1)除参与痛觉调制外,还可能参与脑内多项生理功能的调控。

Expression of opioid-receptor-like receptor [ORL_(I)]gene in rat brain

Abstract

In situ hybridization with a digoxigenin-labeled oligonucleotide probe was used to investigate the expression of opioid-receptor-like receptor [ORL_(1)] gene in rat brain. It was observed that ORL_(1) mRNA is widely expressed in many regions of rat brain,particulary in cerehral cortex, thamalus, hypothamalus, amygdala, hippocampus,septum, habenula, periaqueducted gray, raphe nuclei and locus coeruleus structure.These findings suggest tha ORL_(1) receptor may participate in modulating a number of physiological functions in the brain in addition to pain.
