多巴胺D_(1)和D_(2)受体拮抗剂对针刺镇痛的增强

摘要

在兔K~(+)透入测痛模型上,应用高选择性的D_(1)或D_(2)受体拮抗剂、观察其对针刺镇痛的影响。结果表明,iv.D_(2)受体拮抗剂氟哌啶醇和氯氮平加强针刺镇痛,且与剂量有关。icv. D_(2)受体拮抗剂domperidone和舒必利及D_(1)受体拮抗剂SCH23390,亦能加强针刺镇痛。该文对D_(1)和D_(2)受体拮抗剂在针刺镇痛中的作用进行了讨论。

Effect of D_(1) amd D_(2) dopamine receptor antagonists on acupuncture analgesia

Abstract

Some highly selective D_(1) or D_(2),receptor antagonists were tested on rabbit skin pain model to investigate the effect of the subtypes of dopamine receptor on acupuncture analgesia. It was found that iv. of D_(2) receptor antagonists haloperidol and clozapine,had a potentiating effect on acupuncture analgesia. lcv. of D_(2) receptor antagonists domperidone and sulpiride and D_(1) receptor antagonist SCH23390, also enhanced acupuncture analgesia markedly. The effect of D_(1) and D_(2) receptor on acupuncture analgesia was discussed.
