家兔外膝体背核中继细胞的被动电缆特性

摘要
在离体脑片上测定了24个家兔外膝体中继细胞的被动膜特性。它们的静息电位为一62.7士4. 1 mV (SD);膜输入阻抗为30. 4士11. 2 MQ。运用Rall的线性电缆模型,计算出这些神经元树突的电紧张长度(L)为0. 79士0.13;电压衰减因数(H)为1. 33士0.11。说明家兔外膝体中继细胞是电学紧密的,树突远端的电位可扩散到胞体,幅度仅衰减25%左右。
PASSIVE CABLE PROPERTIES OF RELAY CELLS IN DORSAL LATERAL GENICULATE NUCLEUS OF THE RABBIT

Abstract
We measured the passive membrane properties of 24 relay cells in slice preparation of the lateral geniculate nucleus of the rabbit. The resting membrane potential was 一62. 7士4.1 mV (X士SD) with an input resistance of 30. 4士11. 2 MQ. According to Rall' s linear cable model,the electrotonic length (L) of the dendrite was 0. 79士0. 13. The voltage attenuation factor (H) was 1. 33士0. 11.All these indicated that the relay cells were electrically compact. DC voltages on the distal dendrite could spread to the soma attenuated only by 25%.
