血管紧张素Ⅱ对肾上腺糖皮质激素分泌的影响

摘要

工作观察了血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)对豚鼠和狗的肾上腺组织皮质醇分泌量的影响。结果表
明:当AⅡ浓度妻10~（9） mol/L时孵育液中皮质醇含量显著增加((P<0. 01)，并且具有较明显的量效关系和时效关系。AⅡ以及促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)与肾上腺组织或细胞一同孵育时，皮质醇的分泌量明显高于AB和ACTH单独存在时的分泌量(P<0. 05) 。孵育液内游离钙减少时AB促皮质醇分泌的作用有所降低((P<0. 05)。以上结果提示:(1)高浓度A Ⅱ对肾上腺糖皮质激素具有直接的调节作用:(2) A Ⅱ和ACTH在促进皮质醇的分泌方面具有协同效应;(3) Ca~(2+)可能参予A亚促皮质醇分泌机制。

EFFECT OF ANGIOTENSIN II ON THE ADRENAL GLUCOCORTICOIDS SECRETION

Abstract

The effect of angiotensin if on adrenal cortisol secretion was studied using incubated adrenal tissues or cells preparation of guinea pig and dog. The results showed that:the cortisol secretion in guinea pigs was increased by the addition of angiotensin R in both dose-dependent and time-dependent manner at concentration> 10~(9)mol/L (P<0. O l).When ACTH was further added to the angiotensin primed preparation，the output of cortisol was further increased. Deprivation of free calcium largely suppressed the production of cortisol induced by angiotensin Ⅱ (P< 0. 05)·These resuls suggested
that angiotensin Ⅱexerts a direct effect on the secretion of adrenal cortisol，which required the presence of Ca~(2+)and is promoted by ACTH.
