神经激肽A注人大鼠外侧网状核或中缝大核产生的镇痛效应

摘要
采用核团内微量注射的方法,以甩尾反射潜伏期(TFL)为痛闭指标,在浅麻状态下
的大鼠上,对神经激肤A (NKA)在外侧网状核(LRN)和中缝大核(NRM)中的作用作了探讨。
研究结果表明,NKA (0. 5 ug/0. 5 p1)注入LRN后的10 min内大鼠TFL明显延长(n=12, P<
0.001),同样剂量NK^注入NRM后的5 min内,TFL也明显延长(n=13, P<0. 001),提示NKA
可能是 LRN和NRM内参与痛觉的一种神经调质。

ANALGESIC ACTION OF MICROINJECTION OF NEUROKININ A INTO THE LATERAL RETICULAR NUCLEUS AND NUCLEUS RAPHE MAGNUS IN RATS

Abstract
Using the microinjection technique,the analgesic effect of neurokinin A (NKA)microinjected into the lateral reticular nucleus(LRN)and nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) was investigated in lightly pentobarbital-anesthetized rats using tail flick latency (TFL) as an index. Microinjection of NKA (0. 5 #mu#g/0. 53mu#L) into LRN significantly increased TFL lasting for 10 min (n=12,P<0. 001).Microinjection of the same amount of NKA into NRM also produced evident increase in TFL for 5 min (n=13,P<0.001).The results indicate that NKA modulates pain reaction in both LRN and NRM in rats.
