一氧化氮对过氧化氢所致听力损失的保护作用

摘要

灌流H_(2)O_(2+L-精氨酸组的CAP阈移和CM下降幅度值明显低于单独灌流H_(2)O_(2)组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);前者形态学观察未见明显的细胞损伤,后者可见大量坏死红染的细胞。H_(2)O_(2)+L-精氨酸+L-NNA组CAP阈移和CM下降幅度与单独灌流H_(2)O_(2)组比较无统计学差异。实验结果提示NO可能通过NO/cGMP途径部分对抗过氧化氢所致的听力损失。

Abstract

Previous research showed that reactive oxygen species (ROS) play an important role in ototoxicity. Our results suggest that nitric oxide may partly be able to protect guinea pigs from hydrogen peroxide-induced hearing loss.
