肠缺血/再灌注损伤后白介素1-#beta#水平与磷脂酶A_(2)激活的关系

摘要

肠缺血/再灌注损伤后一定时间内,肝内IL-1#beta# mRNA表达和血中IL-1#beta#水平明显增高,但是否与磷脂酶A_(2)激活或其代谢产物的释放有关尚需进一步证明。

Abstract

Results indicate that after intestinal ischemia/reperfusion injury, the IL-1 beta level and mRNA gene expression are significantly increased, however, the relationship among IL-1 beta, PLA_(2) activation and its metabolite release remains to be further elucidated.
