水稻种子萌发过程中氰丙氨酸合酶的活性变化与分布

摘要

水稻(秀水11)种子在吸涨3d后氰丙氨酸合酶(CAS)活性才开始出现,其根、叶和胚乳中的CAS活性在萌发过程中均呈不断上升趋势,根中的CAS活性始终明显高于叶和胚乳,而萌发前期叶片CAS活性明显高于胚乳,但后期二者几乎相当。电泳结果显示其叶片、根和胚乳中均含有两种CAS同工酶,根和胚乳中CAS_(1)(迁移率较小者)的活性明显高于CAS_(2)(迁移率较大者),而叶片中二者的活性相差不大。叶片细胞质中上述两种CAS同工酶都有,而线粒体中只有CAS_(1),叶绿体中两种CAS都没有。

Activity change and distribution of #beta#-cyanoalanine synthase in rice seeds during germination

Abstract

Non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis indicated that two CAS isozymes, named CAS_(1) (with a lower migration rate) and CAS_(2) (with a higher migration rate), occurred in the roots, leaves and endosperm of the rice seedlings. The activities of CAS_(1) were obviously higher than those of CAS_(2) in both roots and endosperm. But the two CAS isozymes occurred with nearly equal activities in leaves. Further studies showed that the two CAS isozymes were both present in leaf cytoplasm, with nearly equal activities. But only CAS_(1) existed in mitochondria and no any CAS existed in chloroplast.
