孤啡肽对海马IL-1#beta#表达的调节作用

摘要
采用原位杂交、免疫荧光双标技术及大鼠创伤应激模型,观察孤啡肽对海马白介素-1#beta#(IL-1#beta#)表达水平的影响。结果提示,海马的IL-1#beta#参与创伤应激介导的免疫反应,孤啡肽的神经免疫调节作用可能是通过作用于海马的中枢神经细胞,抑制IL-1#beta#的合成及释放而完成的。

Abstract
Based on the results, we conclude that orphanin FQ functions as a neuroimmune modulator, and provokes immune response via mediationn of IL-1#beta# derived from neuron, astrocyte and microglia in hippocampus.
